Role Summary:
Professional Services consultants provide technical delivery and consultation to customers in the areas of federation and authentication They are a key contributor in a high-performance culture and team that is focused on delivering success for our customers. Professional Services consultants are accountable for delivery of projects on time, in budget, with a high level of accuracy/quality and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
Scope, plan and deliver packages of work before and during customer projects and provide ongoing support to implemented projects
Maintain effective communications with all stakeholders both external and internal
Make a positive contribution to ProofID's consulting practice
Contribute to ProofID's business success and pipeline
Opportunity to achieve accreditation in Ping Identity technologies
Potential to develop into a Solutions Architect
Key Competencies
Identity and Access Management (IAM): Proficiency with IAM solutions, specifically:
PingFederate:
Expertise in configuring and managing authentication and federation services, developing custom adapters, and implementing OAuth, SAML, and OIDC protocols.
Expertise in working with AuthNAPIs.
PingOne MFA:
Strong experience in integrating multi-factor authentication solutions, managing MFA policies, and troubleshooting related issues.
Expertise in working with PingOne APIs.
PingDirectory:
Strong knowledge and experience, preferably with an understanding of LDAP directory services and ability to develop custom plugins.
Expertise in working with PingDirectory REST APIs.
AWS CI/CD:
Proficiency in AWS CI/CD deployment
Java Development:
Expertise in Java programming, especially Java EE for enterprise applications.
Experience in developing and maintaining custom adapters for PingFederate and plugins for PingDirectory.
Strong understanding of Java APIs, libraries, and frameworks relevant to IAM integrations.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Experience with lifecycle processes including design, development, testing, debugging, and deployment.
Soft Skills
Problem Solving: Ability to analyze complex issues and derive innovative solutions.
Team Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional teams and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Project Management: Capability to manage projects independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
