Pay Rate: $50-65/hr. (or higher/negotiable based on experience)
Summary:
Verigent's client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated SharePoint Engineer to join our IT team. The SharePoint Engineer will be responsible for implementing, and maintaining SharePoint infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems, and providing technical support and training to end-users.
Responsibilities: • Deploy, and manage SharePoint infrastructure (on-premise, hybrid, and cloud) to meet organizational needs. • Customize SharePoint sites, libraries, workflows, and other features to enhance collaboration and document management. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint performance, security, and functionality. • Provide technical support and training for SharePoint users across the organization. • Stay up-to-date with the latest SharePoint and Microsoft 365 updates and implement new features where appropriate. • Participate in migrations and upgrades of SharePoint environments.
Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience working as a SharePoint Engineer/Administrator. • Expertise with SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint 2013/2016/2019. • Knowledge of SharePoint security, authentication protocols, and governance policies desired. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
