Shift can be from 8 am to 8 pm Mon to Fri.
Level 1 Service Desk
Assist authorized users with client tools and applications through both proactive and reactive support.
Oversee incident management for authorized users regarding all Client Services Center (CSC) services.
Handle service requests from authorized users pertaining to all CSC services.
Supervise access requests from authorized users related to all CSC services.
Achieve seamless integration by utilizing client tools, interfaces, technology, and processes.
Facilitate smooth integration with the internal Global Service Desk and any third-party vendor service desks that provide services to the client, encompassing tools, interfaces, technology, and processes.
Oversee the approval, distribution, and inventory management of the SecurID RSA Token request process for employees, contractors, and external clients.
