Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and enhance the existing data infrastructure for scalability.
- Develop a strategic framework for the data platform aligned with business goals.
- Ensure architecture supports business needs across customer data and reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive the data strategy.
- Lead proofs of concept for new technologies and mentor developers.
- Focus on ROI and implement data best practices in a fintech environment.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in data management and cloud technologies (SQL, No-SQL).
- 5+ years in architecture/design for Data & Analytics solutions (Snowflake, Power BI, Azure Data Bricks preferred).
- Strong technical skills in large-scale data lake/warehouse architectures.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in agile environments.
