Location: Hybrid (2 days/week on-site requested) - looking for local candidates within driving distance of the campus in Washington, DC.
This techno/functional direct hire role will be responsible for several areas within the Student platform to include enrollment management, Financial Aid, and Admissions.
Responsibilities:
Knowledge of Banner and Workday Student platforms
Leverage the agile methodology to structure and plan product delivery and enhancements, particularly for complex and multi-faceted functional areas.
Define functional requirements with stakeholders, technical requirements with configuration and development teams and ensure proper testing review, implementation, and stabilization.
Partner on change management, communications, and training needs.
Help to deliver on project/process documentation as part of transition of support to operations Product assurance.
Serve in a quality assurance role for Workday-centric projects, in review of functional process design and related configuration.
Have a customer centric mindset-to deeply understand stakeholders' strategic priorities and needs, ensuring product completeness.
Collaborate with functional leaders to identify the university's internal data and business process requirements, solution designs and deployments into the Workday ecosystem.
Drive innovation and maximize efficacy of the Workday tools by optimizing the current platform and exploring additional opportunities for product improvement.
Requirements:
Prior Workday Student implementation
Higher Education experience
Knowledge of Banner and Workday Student platforms is required.
Must be able to work onsite 2-3 days per week at the campus in Washington, DC.
