We are seeking a data conversion lead who is passionate about business processes, automation, data conversion, and the intellectual challenges it offers. The person we seek has previous experience in successful data conversion roles in the banking industry. Bank and Credit Union Data Conversion Lead for full platform Fiserv, FIS and Jack Henry Conversions in mergers is a major plus.
The data conversion lead will be part of a management consulting and data science team that performs analysis on client data and assists with the development, implementation and integration of pioneering solutions using different methods, techniques and tools.
Simultaneously, you will help senior management further standardize the consulting tasks and related work product with the objectives of: reducing analytical cycle time, lowering labor costs and reducing document rework and editing. As you become more familiar with our product offering, you will also contribute to the refinement and extension of our findings and tools database/website which includes benchmarks, best practices and thousands of business process maps.

The person we are seeking will provide expertise in requirements gathering, design, and implementation of customer data conversion processes
Demonstrates a proven record of success in roles within a professional services firm or large enterprise that supports a team servicing clients including
Will work with The Lab's leadership to build tools, templates, and processes for ensuring data conversion activities are of high quality, repeatable, and effective.
Create ETL with The Lab's Data Science and Robotic Process Automation teams to transform and load data in preparation to load Responsible for key communication to project and client leadership
Collaborate with client counterpart to successfully deliver on shared objectives
Responsible for timely identification and escalation of risks and development of alternative technical and functional approaches when necessary
Lead the identification of process improvements and changes to our methodology based on project experience
