Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Psychosocial Department Coordinator at Passageway Residence of Dade County in Miami, FL. The Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating psychosocial treatment programs, conducting case management services, overseeing residential care, and facilitating the transition of individuals from hospital or penal institutions to independent living environments.
Qualifications
Case Management, Psychosocial Treatment, and Residential Care coordination skills
Experience in working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness
Knowledge of mental health laws and regulations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team setting
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
Certification in Case Management or related field is a plus
