Job Description:

Project Coordinator opportunity for a commercial construction company out in North Charleston area.

Duties:
  • Manage and maintain project schedules and timelines using construction management software
  • Assist the construction management team in planning and coordinating construction activities, including site preparation, inspection, and other related tasks.
  • Review and interpret scope of work to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and identify areas where improvements can be made to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities, including customer communication and inspections
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project expectations are met.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.

Experience:
  • 7+ years experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with construction site protocols and procedures.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
