We are looking for an Order Manager to join our FE_WIBU team in United States.
Position Summary:
Manages sales orders supplied from Order Processing resolving and coordinating information if required to build and supply submittal packages to customers or engineering firms to gain approval on the configuration and design of the product. Once approval is accepted, the position will coordinate and resolves any information needed to release the sales order to manufacturing. Provides support to Sales, Tendering, Order Processing, Production and Customer Service on the sales orders they have managed.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Review and ensure sales order package is complete and contains required information for Order Engineering to configure and design proper product based on specification, quote, purchase order and internal scope worksheet.
Work with Order Engineering Manager for mechanical and electrical design resourcing and support.
Compile and review submittal package for content and accuracy.
Send submittal package to customer or engineering firm as required by contract or specification.
Communicate status, delays and changes on submittals to customer and other stakeholders.
Manage sales orders through Workflow management tool.
Work with Order Processing, Order Engineering, and Product to schedule project into company's production planner.
Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to gain a better understanding of material availability and potential supply constraints.
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Required:
Associate Degree (A.S.) in Mechanical Design or related field.
2-4 years managing engineering projects.
Excellent oral and written communication in English.
Ability to use communication and analysis tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to perform basic mathematical computations.
Understanding of mechanical integrity such as torque and force equations.
Ability to read and engineering drawings.
Desirable:
Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering,
Product Management Professional (PMP) Certification
2-4 years managing engineering projects in wastewater, industrial segments.
Ability to use engineering design software (Inventor, Solidworks, or Pro Engineer)
Ability to read and civil engineering drawings.
Ability to perform complex mathematical computations.
Understanding of hydraulics such as Bernoulli, Continuity Equation, Fraud Number
