Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage their construction operations in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
Lead and mentor a team of construction professionals, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure effective collaboration and project success.
Ensure that all construction activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and timely delivery of projects within budget.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure that all work meets or exceeds industry standards.
Efficiently allocate resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to optimize project performance and efficiency.
Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the construction process, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Relevant certifications such as PMP, CCM, or equivalent are a plus.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management principles.
