A minimum eight years of professional experience working in IT Support or Operations.
A minimum five years of leadership experience working in Hospitality or Lodging multi-property, multi-brand organizations.
Detailed work history in IT Systems leadership and strategic IT program development.
Prior experience with IT transformation from legacy systems to modern technologies.
Relevant background being responsible for creating roadmaps and documentation related to IT infrastructure, IT operations and related processes, program/project planning, and enterprise-scale budget management of programs exceeding $500,000.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related industries.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience using project tracking tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.
Familiarity with Hospitality/Hotel software and systems (Delphi, POS, Reservations Systems, PMS, etc.).
Project Management certifications such as PMP, CMP, etc.
Prior experience scoping new tools and technologies while running proof-of-concept and User-Acceptance Testing phases with internal stakeholders.
