Job Description:

The Production Coordinator is a critical member of the LA studio team and will be responsible for managing creative projects that drive brand expression across all channels, overseeing all aspects of the project, and delivering project objectives and deliverables on time, within scope, and within budget. The Production Coordinator will report directly to the Producer and work closely with the Art, Photography, and Styling staff. This role is critical to the functioning of the creative team, as well as serving as the primary liaison to the cross-functional internal and external partners.

Role Responsibilities
  • Own projects to ensure milestones are delivered on time, keeping internal teams organized and on track and executing projects to their full potential.
  • Manage cross-functional calendars and communicate out updates as needed to ensure alignment across teams.
  • Partner with the Producer to maintain a global creative calendar and creative schedules for the team
  • Manage creative flow for projects across internal teams, oversee project trackers, delegate and manage assignments for each team member
  • Effectively communicate and ensure team members are informed and accountable for executing various project tasks
  • Conduct department-wide analysis and make recommendations for process improvement as needed
  • Work directly with overseas teams to align the global calendar and deliverables between departments
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment
  • Assist the Producer and Art Director with photo shoot production, planning, and budgeting

Role Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in production, project trafficking, and photoshoot production
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and timelines with a sense of urgency and accuracy
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • High level of passion, initiative, and assertiveness
  • Comfortability in working with overseas teams, navigating timezones and cultural differences
  • Strong project and financial management skills
  • Passion for the creative and fashion industry
  • Comfortable managing through ambiguity
