To make this all work, we rely heavily on teamwork within our company. Our ideal candidate would be highly articulate, and have the ability to do the following:
Candidate would ideally be located in the DFW or Phoenix, AZ area
Travel three weeks out of the month in your designated markets outside of your "home branch"
Designated territory for this position: TBD
Spend 3 days during your home week in your home branch either completing paperwork or site visits and other safety reviews to ensure compliance.
Complete all required training and education target deadlines
Participate in coaching, mentoring and training all Staff Zone and SPI personnel regarding safety awareness and company policies surrounding safety.
Perform all required administrative duties outlined in your Daily Duties, and other duties provided to you as you progress in the program.
Be a positive force in all markets helping to build the Staff Zone Brand.
Assist in Sales and Service visits increasing revenue and safety awareness.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
Valid Driver's License
OSHA 10 Preferred
Ability to travel 75% of the time
