The role of this position is to create and maintain a professional and welcoming environment for the clients and visitors of Community Financial Group in partnership with Equitable Advisors. The Office Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Client Relationships and provides support to all advisors and staff of Community Financial Group.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Phone Management: Handle calls via the Ring Central system courteously, directing them appropriately while maintaining confidentiality.
Calendar Coordination: Manage advisor and conference room schedules, ensuring meetings are scheduled, confirmed, and documented, resolving conflicts, and coordinating with teams across locations.
Front Desk Operations: Maintain a welcoming reception area, greet visitors, assist clients, prepare meeting spaces, and ensure tidiness and readiness for subsequent meetings.
Operational Support: Collaborate with Director of Client Relationships and Senior Partners to meet operational needs, overseeing facilities maintenance, vendor coordination, and communication of holidays and closures.
Administrative Tasks: Handle voicemail, manage client emails, coordinate compliance approvals, maintain office supplies, update the website, handle electronic filing, process correspondence, plan events, and manage client gifts.
General Support: Maintain office supplies and equipment, handle recycling, faxing, copying, and other general office tasks, assist the Client Care Team with various tasks, and engage in special projects as required.
Salary: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
