The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful execution of multifamily, hospitality, and retail construction projects from inception through completion. This individual will ensure that all aspects of the project are coordinated effectively, including scheduling, budgeting, and on-site activities. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a proven track record of managing complex construction projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience managing multifamily, hospitality, and/or retail construction projects.
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling software, and project management tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with local Phoenix building codes and regulations is a plus.
PMP or equivalent certification is preferred but not required.
