Looking for someone who has a degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering with 0-2 years of experience.

As part of our project management and estimating team, you'll collaborate closely with project managers and estimators, gaining exposure to all stages of the project lifecycle. We are looking for self-starters who enjoy problem-solving, juggling multiple responsibilities, and taking ownership of their work to help ensure the success of each project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist project managers and superintendents in ensuring the successful execution of daily subcontractor and supplier coordination, aligned with project timelines.
  • Participate in pre-bid meetings, prepare take-offs, and help with sub-bid solicitations as part of the estimating process.
  • Contribute to maintaining project schedules and ensuring accurate documentation related to "As Built" drawings.
  • Handle project documentation control, including RFIs, submittals, meeting agendas and minutes, open issues, and ensure timely distribution to subcontractors.
  • Track and report weekly on productivity for self-perform projects, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Review submittals to confirm compliance with project specifications and manage submission and updates to the submittal log.
  • Provide assistance with safety protocols, supporting corporate safety personnel as needed.
  • Collaborate with the project team on material procurement for on-site needs.
  • Aid in organizing and managing project closeout procedures.
  • Oversee punch list updates and the resolution of any remaining project issues.
  • Maintain professional, courteous interactions at all times with team members, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Assist in planning ahead based on the project schedule to ensure smooth execution of tasks.

Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software such as Primavera.
  • Experience with software like BIM, Bluebeam, and GradeBeam is highly desirable.
  • Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and provide clear communication both verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with construction practices and scheduling strategies.
  • An OSHA 30-hour certification is a plus.

Education and Experience:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is required.
  • Previous experience with construction or engineering projects will be beneficial.
