Job Description:

Position Description: TechPride seeks project managers who possesses equally- developed skills and proven success in business operations, organizational change management, and stakeholder engagement to work within United States Coast Guard:
  • This role serves USCG leadership within the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence Service Center
  • This role delivers project management, business operations, organizational change management, and stakeholder engagement planning and execution across the larger business transformation projects

These roles may require a hybrid schedule of three days per week onsite at possible locations around the DC Metropolitan area.

Responsibilities: Day-to-day project management; planning and execution on a range of workstreams including content development and logistics coordination for governance meetings, meeting minutes, meeting facilitation, development of standard operating procedures, management of stakeholder distribution lists, data calls, program management reviews and various reporting-related activities to the government.
  • Leadership of project support planning, integration, and execution of plans and associated tactics.
  • Development of project plans (i.e., Schedules, Risk Management Plan, Communications Plan etc.)
  • Execution of projects / coordination of stakeholders using Teams, SharePoint, Jira or EPM applications
  • Analysis of C5I performance data to determine critical areas of improvement and root cause analysis

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, with experience supporting the day-to-day project execution within the government sector
  • Ability to execute projects in both an Agile and Waterfall environments
  • Ability to conduct data analysis in Excel to identify data trends and critical findings associated with C5I incidents
  • Ability to shape business development opportunities and to guide potential clients towards corporate objectives
  • Direct client management and interaction within the government sector that has multiple service leads/points-of-contact, operating against multiple strategic business objectives, in a complex, highly technical environment
  • Experience and comfort level communicating in emails, by phone, in writing and in person with senior executive leadership within the federal government
  • Technical writing/editorial experience
  • Fluency with project management tools and methodologies.
  • PMP, Scrum Mater, or SAFe certifications desired but not required
  • Public Trust and US Citizenship will be required.
