PFES is currently seeking a Project Manager who has experience with the construction and design of substations. This is a long term program located in Phoenix, AZ. Must have experience in the electrical utility industry working with substations.
Job Responsibilities:
Heavily focused on implementing design and construction of new substations.
Majority of the substations are greenfield, but some are brownfield additions.
New lines or line extensions are typically required but historically line work has been less involved than the station scope.
Project Manager will act as single point of contact to lead the team to design/construct project, and single point of contact to coordinate design/construction with customer (while keeping Key Account Manager informed).
Transmission and sub transmission voltages - 500, 230 and 69kV. Medium voltage distribution scope is confined to substation.
