Dexian is seeking a Night Shift Network Analyst (Hybrid) for an opportunity with a client located in Brookfield, WI.
Responsibilities:
Research and analyze network architecture, and recommend policies and strategies for designing and planning networks
Configure computer software and hardware to ensure computers within a network can communicate effectively
Install, upgrade, and maintain network routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
Monitor system performance, software and hardware upgrades, and backups
Act as the technical liaison for network product or system vendors
Simplify technical concepts for non-technical users, and write coherent technical reports
Requirements:
PC troubleshooting experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer networking and phone systems experience
Customer service or field service experience
Technical documentation skills
CCNA or A+ certifications
Need Cisco route/switch troubleshooting experience
Need Firewall troubleshooting experience (checkpoint is ideal)
Ideally some F5 and Log Analysis experience
Experience supporting multiple sites including branches, towers, datacenters etc
This is within Network Operations, not engineering or project work
Desired Skills and Experience Night Shift Network Analyst (hours 11p-7am CST). 6-12 Month Contract to Hire. Brookfield, WI (Hybrid Onsite Monday and Tuesday).
Experience Needed:
