RETS, on behalf of our client, a premiere commercial real estate owner/developer of Class A office buildings, is seeking a Manager of Financial Analysis (asset management focus) to lead a small team responsible for financial analysis (related to CRE asset management) of a portfolio of Class A office buildings. The role will provide analytical support to the asset management team related to leasing, tenant credit and significant capital investments along with involvement with asset level business plans, performance and reporting. The role is based in Irvine, CA and is in office 5 days per week.

Four-year degree with a preferred major in business and/or real estate.
Five plus years of experience in a real estate finance or analytical role.
Experience with financial statement analysis and strong understanding of corporate finance concepts.
Superior in Excel, including strong modeling capability; ARGUS experience required.
