A large surveying and mapping client of Insight Global's is seeking to add a strong leader to their Mountain Area operations team. This person should have a strong network across the West Coast and be comfortable performing business development activities.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supports the Company in achieving its vision, mission, and core values.
- Perform other tasks as assigned to help accomplish the Company's strategic goals.
- This position has direct supervisory responsibilities of employees to include mentoring, coaching, and counseling staff as needed.
- Oversee strategic resource management.
- Provide client management and oversight of project delivery in different areas.
- Collaborate with management to implement strategies to increase market shares.
- Lead the management and execute business development plans and strategies to expand customer base.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in corporate operations
- Must be comfortable looking at monthly finances and projecting future revenues
- 5+ years of experience in utilities, surveying or transportation (DOT) projects
- Ability to travel across Denver, Salt Lake City and Redmond ~40% of the time
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with BST Global or Power BI
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
- PLS license
Compensation:
This position is paying up to $200,000 annually based on candidates years of experience, education, certifications, etc.
