About the Role:
Set up application training schedules in close cooperation with the customer
Provide clinical and technical expertise to the service as well as providing advice and guidance to appropriate medical and other relevant healthcare professionals.
Ensure that all customers are provided with high quality training and attention so that each customer is fully satisfied with the attention received from BMC.
Create the conditions to have an intimate and up to date understanding of:
Customer needs and problems;
Competitors and the environment in which the products and services will be marketed. in order to identify current and future trends in the market place.
Interfacing with clinicians and researchers to support marketing activities as they relate to product development and new market identification.
Support and advise the sales force on new products and services launches and constant basis.
Contribute to business strategic planning and its attainment.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that all clinical applications training, with both new and existing customers, complies with the company's quality policy
Responsible for reporting customer feedback according to applicable quality standard policy and follow up relevant assigned quality & regulatory training in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Assist on anything if needs to solve in USA market from team.
1,Background
Bachelor or master degree
Good English communication,
Diligent and responsible
More than 3 years of work experience in sleep and respiratory care will be a priority.
Experienced in clinical application of expert sleep diagnosis and treatment will be excellent.
2. Work and schedule
Working hours are flexible, but a full work schedule should be set up to visit clients. Customers are mainly based in Italy.
