Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis: Assist in analyzing financial data and preparing detailed reports to support management decisions.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Data Management: Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Variance Analysis: Monitor and report on financial performance by comparing actual results with budgeted figures, identifying variances, and providing explanations.
Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Research: Conduct research on market trends, industry developments, and competitor performance to support strategic planning.
Compliance: Ensure financial practices comply with regulatory standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
