Our Aerospace client is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to oversee and coordinate projects within their Commercial Aftermarket division. Reporting to the Program Director, this role requires a proactive individual who can manage both internal teams and external customer relationships to ensure program success.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with 10+ years of professional experience, ideally in engineering.
A minimum of 6 years of experience in program management.
Proven track record of managing projects in a fast-paced environment, with an emphasis on quality, delivery, and financial performance.
Experience in creating, maintaining, and communicating program budgets, schedules, and plans for various initiatives.
Strong knowledge of contractual requirements and adherence to scope.
Ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure, demonstrating excellent leadership, communication, and facilitation skills.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Experience in commercial aerospace and/or working with major aircraft manufacturers is preferred.
Must have the ability to work with export-controlled information.
Willingness to travel 20-25% of the time.

Maintain effective daily communication with customers, senior management, and functional teams to resolve any outstanding issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project outcomes.
