Conduct technical tests and experiments for process engineering within the Research and Development (R&D) department.
Set up processing equipment for experiments.
Monitor, audit, and provide guidance to line operators during operations.
Execute process test runs and prepare records, charts, and graphs of the results to present to engineering teams for identifying yield issues or testing new products.
Offer technical support to process development and engineering teams.
Requirements:
Preferably has clean room experience and the ability to work in such an environment while wearing a "Bunny Suit".
2-3 years of experience with silicon wafer handling is preferred.
Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong ability to communicate clearly, understand, and deliver detailed pass-downs for efficient lab operations.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Capable of working both independently and within a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Education: A high school diploma or GED is required; a college degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
Pay for this position is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. As a contractor, you may also be eligible for health benefits such as health, dental, and vision as well as access to a 401K plan.
