We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a sales team, driving revenue growth, and developing new business opportunities in the technology sales sector.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, including interviewing, hiring, and training; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving issues
- Identify new business opportunities and build client relationships
- Complete CMA reports for market trends and competitor activities
- Oversee grand openings and new phases
- Create incentives for communities
- Regularly visit sales centers
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams
**Requirements: **
- 4 to 6 years' experience, with at least 2 years management experience
- Strong background in outside sales, account management, and business development
