LHH is partnering with a La Puente area client in hiring a Sustainability Manager. This role will be responsible for communicating the company's sustainability vision and initiatives to sales teams, customers, and associates.
This role serves as a key advocate and liaison with trade organizations and interest groups.

Responsibilities:
Delivering presentations, leading meetings, organizing tours, coordinating virtual calls, and engagements with sales teams, customers, and designated trade shows.
Collaborating with sales and marketing leadership, this person will design and implement sustainability-focused marketing programs, branding campaigns, and events. These initiatives will aim to increase sustainability awareness both internally and externally.
The role involves developing audience-specific communications, positioning strategies, and marketing materials, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with Bentley's sustainability goals.
Guide the sales team, customers, and internal staff on environmental initiatives, providing support for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
Work with various operational teams to ensure sustainability data, such as recycled content, the online LEED Calculator, and maintain the accuracy of external communications regarding LEED certifications and environmental initiatives.
Requirements:
LEED-AP certification
2+ years of experience in a similar role
In-person presentation Skills as well as PowerPoint proficiency
