Responsibilities include but not limited to:
The PM will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the projects, for multi-discipline architectural and engineering design services for the duration of the projects
Led a team of architects, designers, and consultants from early concept design through the production of project designs and construction documents from the initial planning through the completion of the projects
Ability to direct architectural site planning program
Lead all design meetings, attend all on-site meetings
Provide project progress reports and presentations for Building Committee meetings
Coordinate all work efforts and review work performed by designers and consultants in all phases of the projects from design to occupancy
Work with the project Principal throughout all phases of the projects to obtain client satisfaction and financial project performance.
A participatory team approach in all aspects of project management, including over a potentially wide range of consultants, licensees, and municipal clientele is necessary
Attend all project meetings, reviewing all work performed by trades. Ability to work out satisfactory solutions for any matters that may arise during the construction phase
Manage projects to meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements
Experience:?
Bachelor's degree in Architecture
Master's degree in Architecture preferred
Architect License preferred
Must have architecture project management background, with project-specific, project management experience of at least 5 years
Experience managing construction projects over $25M preferred
Experience with Municipal projects and the public bidding process is a plus
Solid team-building skills
Fluent in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite, SketchUp, MS Office
