Job Description:

Overall Function:

Cabi, a well-established and successful women's apparel company based out of Los Angeles is looking to hire aManager of Field Content & Learning. This role is responsible for the creation, development and implementation of comprehensive learning materials and programs for Stylists. In addition, this role oversees the digital learning and library platform to ensure company alignment and continue an ongoing evaluation and enhancement of learning materials to meeting evolving business needs.

This role will work directly with the Director of Training, Development, and Events and will partner with subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate, engaging and aligned with company goals and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Mycabi Management:
  • Use data insights, user and site owner feedback to recommend improvements to the training programs, library and overall site functionality and organization.
  • Work with the Director of Training to ensure the Field pages are effectively organized for an efficient and engaging user experience.
  • Develop and deliver governance guidelines for which site administrators will align.
  • Monitor and analyze platform usage data to generate reports on user engagement, content effectiveness, and recommend areas for improvement.
  • Work with Director of Training to conduct regular quality cheeks and updates of digital content to ensure consistency, accuracy, compliance with educational standards and best practices, and cabi lexicon and vernacular.
  • Collect and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Be a point of contact for support and periodically act as a liaison between organizational request and needs and site support.

Content Creation and Development:
  • Write and produce learning experiences, including manuals, guides, presentations, videos, and other educational content.
  • Update and enhance existing training materials to ensure content remains current and relevant.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and develop appropriate learning solutions.
  • Work with subject matter experts and stakeholders (Director of Field Training and Development, Regional Team, Founders and Stylists, etc.) to gather information and insights necessary for content creation.
  • Pilot and evaluate training materials, making revisions based on feedback and effectiveness data.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in training and development, continuously seeking ways to improve content quality and effectiveness.
  • Collect and incorporate feedback from Stylists and Facilitators to continuously refine and improve training materials.

Communication & Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure training and events are integrated with broader company initiatives.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This role does not have supervisory responsibilities at this time.

Pre-qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years proven experience in developing training in a network marketing environment - has developed and delivered training content.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills. Maintains confidentiality.
  • Oral and Written Communication: Must be able to speak clearly and convey clear and concise statements, listen attentively, retain/retrieve relevant information where necessary and have exceptional business writing skills. Attention to and follow through on detail.
  • Computer Skills: Good knowledge and understanding with computer peripherals. Advanced software applications with MS Windows, MS Office, Outlook, eLearning authoring software, Learning Management systems, webinar platforms. Understanding of databases and the Web.
  • Ethics: A kind and respectful nature.
  • Organizational Support: Follows policies and procedures.
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
  • Ability to Travel: Position requires periodic travel for regional training activations and all Field related events, along with required time in the Home Office (depending on in-field event schedule).

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor's Degree, 5+ years experience in a learning and development position, preferably in the network marketing industry.
