All's Well Healthcare Staffing is working with a large University to fill a Director of Career Services role, under the direct supervision of the Campus President. The ideal candidate will work with autonomy, responsibility, and authority to provide leadership to the Career Services team and assures they complete the three major functions of their position including Placement, Externship, and Career Academy to achieve placement goals of the campus.

Obtain, analyze, and apply data utilizing various resources.
Expected travel to and from campuses and employer sites.
