Job Description:

A global private equity firm with a fantastic culture and $11bn AUM is hiring for an Executive Assistant to support a team of 9-10 professionals. This role will require the ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment while multi-tasking and demonstrating forward thinking. This is a newly created role, working alongside two other admins on the team, as they have continued to build out this division.

Salary commensurate with experience: $110-140k base + 20% bonus + fully paid benefits, 401k match

This role is onsite 3-4 days/week in Midtown East, NYC (mostly 3 days, but covers the 4 day in a rotation with other EAs).

Responsibilities
• Handle Calendar Management and Travel arrangements, and prepare expense reports
• Schedule and coordinate various types of internal and external calls and meetings
• Regularly monitor and adjust calendars given the dynamic nature of our business.
• Plan international & domestic travel, itineraries, and local transportation for business trips.
• Update calendars with travel arrangements.
• Coordinate lunch and dinner reservations
• Partner with other team admins to maintain sector materials and schedule sector events (offsite events and materials, etc.).
• Assist admins in planning portfolio company BOD meetings and dinners

Professional Experience / Qualifications

Desired skills and experience include:
• Minimum 5+ years supporting executives in financial services (PE experience a plus)
• Experience managing global travel itineraries, meeting planning and conference calls (including different time zones).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Outlook.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Self-starter who demonstrates initiative and a team player mentality.
• Able to multi-task and pivot / reprioritize as new information emerges.
• Thinks proactively and anticipates / sees around corners.
• Uses critical thinking to solve problems.
