Job description
Looking for Election Support Coordinator who can help with State Election project for the year 2024.
Assist the team with day-to-day office work.
Start Date: October 16th 2024
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer general questions from public, overflow signature cure calls - customer service, basic computer skills.
Answer calls from voters to cure signature - customer services, basic computer skills.
Answer calls from team leaders during Early Voting and Election Day - customer service skills, attention to detail, proficient computer skills
Pick-up, deliver, transport mail ballot material, boxes, etc. - ability to make sound/logical decisions, attention to detail, must have a driver's license, clean driving record.
Examine returned Mail Ballots, prepare for tabulation - ability to make sound/logical decisions, attention to detail, work well with others, good communication.
Manage the communication for the POD from other business teams that are sent via email and ensure that responses are sent in a timely manner.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High focus on customer service. Need to run the Drug and Background check.
Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Clear thinker in a fast-paced environment
Proven experience in teams
Capable of multi-tasking and providing strong attention to detail
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma
