Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to managers and employees, ensuring efficient office operations, including handling confidential and time-sensitive materials, managing communication, and organizing meetings and schedules
Produce and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations, maintain filing systems, and manage contact lists while providing general support to visitors
Oversee office supply inventory, book travel arrangements, and reconcile expense reports, ensuring smooth logistical operations
Handle multiple projects, monitor invoices, and support the development of administrative staff through information sharing and growth opportunities
Ensure equipment functionality through preventive maintenance and repairs, and maintain professional knowledge by attending workshops and networking with industry professionals
