Project Manager with Digital Process Experience

My name is Bill Stevens, and I have a new fifteen-month Project Manager, Digital Process opportunity available for a major firm located in Topeka, Kansas that could be of interest to you, please review my specification below and I am available at any time to speak with you so please feel free to call me. The work schedule will be hybrid, four days a week in the office and one day remote.

The ideal candidate should also possess a green card or be of citizenship.

This position pays $58.00 to $61.00 per hour on a w-2 hourly basis. No Visa entanglements and no H1-B holding companies.

The top skill sets for this role:

Experience leading and managing projects with multiple stakeholders, preferably regional and/or global teams.

Ability to manage stakeholders and influence without authority.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Strong project management skills with the ability to set priorities.

Technical Skills:

Weever, PowerBI and the MS Office Suite

Responsibilities:

Creation and implementation of digital processes within Weever, creation and maintenance of KPI tracker within PowerBI, monitor and measurement of aligned KPIs

Qualifications:

B.S. or M.S. degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data & Analytics, Economics, or other relevant majors.

5+ years professional experience working in business operations.

Experience leading and managing projects with multiple stakeholders, preferably regional and/or global teams.

Ability to manage stakeholders and influence without authority.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Strong project management skills with the ability to set priorities.

Demonstrated effective interpersonal and influencing skills as well as ability to understand business strategies and translation/merge into supply programs.

Strong facilitation and critical thinking skills as demonstrated by a history of facilitating teams in making decisions and solving problems.

Must be proactive, high energy, detailed-oriented when appropriate, results-oriented, and willing to initiate and nurture change.
