Maintain a cordial relationship with customer touch points and sponsors.
Responsible for customer satisfaction and improve ACSAT score.
Act as bridge between - Sales, customer and delivery.
Participate in customer governance meetings and follow up actions.
Participate in major milestone reviews.
Present QBR meetings.
Participate in sales discussion with customer.
Present technical capabilities to customer.
Work with sales and delivery in identifying new opportunities.
Review Proposals.
Present and defend new proposals.
Review forecast along with DU head.
Participate in Power review and own the action items.
