Job Summary: Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects/programs. Oversees all aspects of projects, sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress. Prepares reports for upper management regarding the status of projects/programs.

Lead and direct the work of others, ensuring project goals are met.
Utilize a wide degree of creativity and latitude to plan and accomplish goals.
Perform a variety of tasks, demonstrating extensive experience and judgment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in the field or a related area.
Partnerships/alliances experience required
PMP certification is required, demonstrating proficiency in project management, communication, and document management.
Experience working with PMO, COO teams, and Chief of Staff teams.
Strong technical proficiency with tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, and QuickSight.
Ability to drive large-scale projects, track deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies.
Comfortable and confident speaking on camera, hosting, and moderating large group meetings.
Tools and Technologies:
Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
Experience with project management tools such as Asana and Smartsheet.
Familiarity with data visualization tools like QuickSight is a plus.
