Job Description:

The Program Manager will play a critical role in overseeing multiple projects and programs within our organization, ensuring successful execution and delivery in alignment with our strategic objectives and customer requirements.

Program Managers are responsible for overseeing multiple projects or programs within the organization, often spanning the entire product lifecycle from concept to production. Their responsibilities extend beyond the launch phase and cover various stages of program development, including planning, design, development, testing, and production ramp-up. Program Managers coordinate cross-functional teams involved in the development and execution of programs, including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality assurance, and finance. They develop and execute program plans aligned with the company's strategic objectives, managing budgets, resources, and timelines across multiple projects.

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive program plans, outlining project scopes, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Lead the execution of program activities, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate activities among various departments involved in program execution, including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality assurance, and logistics. Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to ensure efficient project execution and timely resolution of issues.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding program-related matters, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and managing customer expectations. Ensure that program deliverables meet customer requirements and specifications, maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage program budgets, tracking expenses, resource allocations, and expenditures to ensure alignment with financial targets. Optimize resource utilization and allocation across multiple projects within the program to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Risk Management and Issue Resolution: Identify potential risks and challenges that may impact program success, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address them. Proactively identify and resolve issues that arise during program execution, ensuring timely resolution to minimize disruptions and delays.
