What is the role?

We are seeking a dynamic Strategy & Operations Lead to join our team, focusing on expanding our presence within the K-12 education space. This is an incredible opportunity to help children across the country receive life-changing care, while being part of a rapidly growing startup. As the head of the Strategy & Ops team, you will be responsible for the development, execution, and reporting of strategic initiatives that deliver on efficiency and growth across the business. You will partner closely with Product, Sales, Account Management, Finance, and Clinical teams and leadership to create scalable processes and problem-solve solutions to complex and mission-critical operational and business challenges.

What are the responsibilities?
  • Leveraging data and analysis to develop an prioritize recommendations for the Product team
  • Combining quantitative and qualitative insights to develop recommendations to complex cross-functional challenges or opportunities and leading alignment and implementation
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and systems to optimize the student and provider experience.
  • Oversee all billing and month-end close client reporting, scheduling and provider training processes.
  • Manage a team of 5 provider growth operation associates

What are the qualifications?
  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university
  • Proven track record of driving results in a dynamic environment and ability to lead projects end to end independently
  • 3+ of experience in execution of projects within business analysis, operations, or strategy
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
