Job Summary:
This position directs and coordinates the fabrication, installation, operation, and maintenance of mechanical and electromechanical systems, ensuring that quality standards and industry regulations are met or exceeded. The role involves evaluating mechanical systems for efficiency, recommending modifications to improve performance, and overseeing the repair and operation of equipment such as heat, gas, water, and steam systems. The candidate will work independently, applying technical expertise to assess products and systems, ensuring cost-effectiveness and operational excellence.
Job Duties:
Direct and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and operation of mechanical and electromechanical systems, including tools, equipment, engines, and centralized heating, gas, water, and steam systems.
Evaluate the performance and cost-efficiency of mechanical products, suggesting improvements or design modifications as needed.
Oversee the installation and repair of equipment, ensuring compliance with quality standards and operational protocols.
Collaborate with teams to ensure the manufacturing process maintains high-quality levels in line with industry standards.
Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and developing long-term solutions to improve system performance.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical or electromechanical system management, including maintenance, installation, and repair.
Strong understanding of industry standards and quality control in manufacturing environments.
Ability to work independently, applying technical judgment to solve complex system issues.
Excellent attention to detail, with a proven ability to evaluate and improve mechanical product performance.
