Infuse is a digital agency servicing the medical device field. We are seeking a technically proficient Project Manager to join the team in the Lehi / Salt Lake City area. The Project Manager manages key projects and works with clients and alongside the other Project Managers by coordinating and completing projects on time within budget and within scope. They must be able to oversee all aspects of technical projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the progress of projects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also present project updates to clients and project team members.
Responsibilities
Set project timeline and work with the client and team members to deliver the project on time and within budget
Develop and share with stakeholders a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress of project deliverables, ensuring that the project scope is executed according to plan
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs and initiate change orders with stakeholders
Meet with stakeholders to gather detailed feedback then organize that feedback into actionable task lists
Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years relevant experience
PMP Certification preferred but not required
Strong, professional, verbal and written communication
Detail-oriented, extremely organized, and comfortable juggling many things at once
Strong business acumen in project planning and management
Proven track record in managing technically complex projects
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a dynamic, demanding environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with creative project workflows including 3D animation, mobile app development, video, web development, marketing campaigns, educational content, etc.
