Independently plan, coordinate, and report on product quality programs to support technical decision-making.
Utilize experiment design and data analysis techniques for quality assurance.
Generate, prepare, and issue complex data for assigned quality reports.
Coordinate complaint management activities and customer feedback failure investigations.
Review, implement, or revise product, project, and program quality activities.
Recommend appropriate field actions to product regulatory committees.
Advise QA management on product stop shipment actions when necessary.
Identify issues for CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) investigations as appropriate.
Initiate, recommend, and provide training for QA personnel.
Candidate Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in a science field.
Minimum of 2 years of related experience, ideally in complaint handling within a regulated environment.
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional subject matter experts for product investigations.
Ability to calculate and report metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Sense of ownership and accountability for processes.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Adaptability to changing processes.
Strong writing and editing skills for Quality Systems documentation.
