The Acumatica ERP Systems Manager will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the Acumatica ERP system and its integration with other applications and databases.
The Acumatica ERP Systems Manager will also provide technical support, training, and troubleshooting to end-users and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Acumatica ERP administration, development, and customization, as well as a solid understanding of business processes and workflows.
Job Responsibilities
Manage the Acumatica ERP system and ensure its availability, performance, security, and reliability.
Develop, test, and implement customizations, enhancements, and integrations for the Acumatica ERP system using Acumatica tools and technologies.
Monitor and troubleshoot the Acumatica ERP system and its integration with other applications and databases, and resolve any issues or errors.
Provide technical support, training, and guidance to end-users and stakeholders on the Acumatica ERP system and its functionalities.
Document and maintain the Acumatica ERP system configuration, customizations, and integrations.
Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other IT staff to understand the business requirements and deliver solutions using the Acumatica ERP system.
Stay updated on the latest Acumatica ERP features, updates, and best practices, and recommend improvements and upgrades as needed.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
3- 5 years of experience in Acumatica ERP administration, development, and customization.
Proficient in Acumatica tools and technologies, such as Acumatica Framework, Acumatica Customization Platform, Acumatica Report Designer, and Acumatica Query Language.
Knowledge of Acumatica ERP modules, such as Financial Management, Distribution Management, Manufacturing Management, Project Accounting, and Customer Management.
Experience in integrating Acumatica ERP with other applications and databases, such as CRM, BI, EDI, and SQL Server.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
Certification in Acumatica ERP is a plus.
