We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to assist our Energy Team with a backlog of notices that need to be mailed to individuals who were denied energy services. This role involves administrative support focused on printing, assembling, and mailing letters that contain sensitive customer information.
Responsibilities:
Extract and print pre-created letters from an automated process.
Assemble and prepare letters for mailing using the provided machinery.
Ensure that all letters are sealed, stamped, and ready for dispatch at the end of each workday.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer data, including personally identifiable information (PII) and credit scores.
Communicate effectively regarding any equipment issues that may arise during the mailing process.
Collaborate with team members to resolve technical difficulties and ensure continuity of work.
Required Skills:
Previous experience in administrative or clerical roles is preferred.
