OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION
The Executive Assistant provides a full range of administrative and office support for the Chief Executive Officer. The Executive Assistant works proactively and collaboratively with internal and external contacts and exercises independent judgment in resolution of routine and non-routine responsibilities to ensure high quality administrative and office support and excellent customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides a full range of administrative and office support including, but not limited to:
High volume of complex and confidential administrative functions including the preparation of original correspondence, reports and presentations
Works collaboratively with internal and external contacts and utilizes various computer software applications to achieve full range of administrative and office support
Researches and provides input to correspondence, reports, presentations, and projects
Proactively responds to internal and external inquiries regarding correspondence, reports and presentations
Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
Proactively coordinates and manages Executive team's calendars, including appointments and travel arrangements.
Works proactively and collaboratively to ensure operational efficiency and excellent customer service
Manages multiple priorities and deadlines
Works collaboratively with Board of Directors and Executive team to schedule and organize Board meetings, events and conferences including communications, reception,
catering, and gifts
Provides a full range of support for assigned client group meetings and events
Greets guests at front desk and answers main phone line as back-up for breaks and lunches
COMPETENCY OR POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to gather, compile and summarize data for from multiple sources for the preparation and delivery of complex reports and presentations
Proven ability to plan and coordinate a full range of informal and formal, small and large meetings and events and related travel
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations, demonstrate poise, tact and diplomacy
Proven ability to research and summarize information
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills

Competency in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 8 years executive assistant experience supporting executive and senior level managers
AA or college coursework and appropriate work experience considered
