Donor Recruiter

Responsible for recruitment of plasma donors using various marketing strategies. Perform pre-screening of donors to determine suitability.

Primary responsibilities:

• Contact potential donors and request copies of their lab results to review for suitability (outbound calls).
• Contact various Physician, clinics, hospitals and support groups to establish recruiting collaboration in identifying participants.
• Pre-screen donors and collect pertinent information to determine suitability.
• Schedule donors for additional testing, when required.
• Take inbound calls from potential donors and answer questions about the various donation programs and donation process.
• Complete special projects and miscellaneous assignments as requested by the supervisor.
• Coordinate and handle specimen/samples for testing arrangements with internal and external laboratories.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Must be detail oriented and have excellent organizational skills.

Use & knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to reach out to potential donors.

Must have basic computer skills.

Excellent customer service skills.

Must be able to communicate effectively with supervisor and upper management.

Ability to speak, read, write and understand English

Education: High school graduate or GED required

• Experience: Should have phone experience, preferably in high call volume office or call center
