Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Professional at Casa Italia Home Furnishings in Naples, FL. The Customer Care Professional will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, utilizing analytical skills to address inquiries, communicating effectively with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service on a daily basis.
