Location: Hybrid in Bolingbrook, IL (6 days a month)

Pay: up to $47/hour, DOE
Our client in the Beauty and Retail space has a need for a Senior Project Manager with a strong background managing digital assets (media). This role will be for roughly 4 months, 40 hours a week, and requires someone who could come onsite hybrid 6 days a month.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
Manage project milestones, coordinate kickoffs, reviews, and tracking project activity in Monday.com
Communicate project updates to cross-functional partners and agencies.
Help plan the workflow for the teams and this includes scope, timelines, resources, and milestones.
Schedule and organize internal status meetings.
Work cross-functionally with creative, production, and design to ensure that materials are being delivered.
Help provide best practices and guidelines to brand partners to ensure briefs are done correctly.
Deliver projects on time and make sure they are done efficiently.
Work in conjunction with the sales and account teams to schedule briefings for asset creation.
Project Manager Qualifications:
5+ years experience working in project management-- preferred from an agency or Retail Media Network.
Strong understanding of digital channels and digital ad creation process.
