Seattle-based developer marketing agency Catchy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects in an agency or client setting. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong account management experience, exceptional client-facing skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight
What You Will Do
Lead and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication and managing client expectations.
Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, strategy and marketing, to ensure project objectives and client goals are met.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues and implement solutions proactively.
Ensure all project deliverables meet the company's high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients, enhancing their overall experience and fostering long-term relationships.
Conduct project reviews and create recommendations for future improvements.
What You Will Bring
Proven experience managing full-service agency workstreams, including research, strategy, creative, marketing strategy, campaign execution, analytics and events.
Knowledge, interest in and the desire to learn more about developer marketing, AI applications and tools, advanced language modeling, APIs and all things new in tech,
A solution-oriented, proactive approach.
Being comfortable with ambiguity and a master at change management.
Comprehension of appropriate urgency and service SLAs.
Understanding of and expertise in creating project scopes and estimates.
Experience managing multiple projects and deliverables with competing deadlines.
Understanding of how agency work moves end-to-end.
Exceptional follow-up skills, excellent communication skills.
Decisiveness and the ability to prioritize, triage, and make real-time decisions.
Strategic thinking and the ability to anticipate potential changes.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and pay attention to details.
