Qualifications:
3+ years of experience Employment Law experience in a law firm setting.
Strong background with employment-related litigation matters, including responses to charges of discrimination, discovery matters, and drafting dispositive motions.
Experience drafting employee handbooks and ensuring clients are in compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Member of the Michigan Bar.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school required.
Knowledge of local, state, and federal court rules.
