Location: Hybrid in either Atlanta, GA or Pleasanton, GA
Duration: 1 year (potential to extend/convert)
Pay Rate: $77 per hour
Responsibilities:
Report to the Director of People Business Partner for Finance and P&P.
Primarily support the Marketing, Business Technology (IT), Legal, and Corporate Development teams.
Be part of a broader Organization Effectiveness Community of Practice within the PBP & OE Organization.
Focus on four critical areas:
Aligning Business Strategy with Talent Strategy
Organization Effectiveness Strategy and Program Development
Organization Transformation
Talent Strategy Consulting
Strategic Mindset: Apply a comprehensive approach to design solutions that align with company strategy.
Facilitation: Lead small or large working sessions with VP/SVP/EVP business leaders to achieve desired outcomes.
Influencing: Read the room, connect with the audience, and challenge assumptions confidently.
Global Approach: Understand the importance of cultural awareness and design solutions that reflect this understanding
